Account Information

Connected Tool Data

When you connect third-party tools (Gmail, Slack, Google Drive, Stripe, etc.), RNBY reads data from those services via OAuth or API authorization. This may include emails, documents, calendar events, messages, tasks, and transaction records. We only request the minimum permissions needed to deliver the features you enable.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with RNBY — such as queries submitted, agents triggered, approvals made, and features used. This helps us improve the product and understand how teams operate.

Device and Log Data

We automatically collect standard log data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and session timestamps.

To Provide the Service

We use your data to operate RNBY — building your company memory, running agents, routing requests, generating answers, and logging approvals.

To Improve the Product

Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns help us identify what's working and what to build next. We do not use your company-specific data to train shared AI models.

We may send you product updates, security notices, and support responses. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Your Data Is Yours

All company memory, connected tool data, and agent outputs are isolated to your account. RNBY does not share, cross-reference, or combine your data with other customers' data.

No Model Training on Your Data

RNBY does not use your company context, conversations, or connected tool content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models — shared or otherwise.

Data Residency

Your data is stored and processed in secure infrastructure. We will communicate changes to data residency configurations to affected customers in advance.

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, and communication. These providers access only the data needed to perform their function and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

AI Model Providers

RNBY uses large language model APIs to power intelligent features. Queries may be sent to these providers for processing. We configure these integrations to avoid logging or training on your data wherever possible, consistent with each provider's enterprise data terms.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RNBY, our customers, or the public.

Business Transfers

If RNBY is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users before any transfer occurs.

Active Accounts

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service.

Account Deletion

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Connected Tool Data

Memory and indexed content from connected tools is retained while your account is active. You can disconnect integrations and request deletion of associated data at any time.
